We are pleased to announce the sale of the ClearGive platform to DigiGroup Holdings (DGH). The original creators of ClearGive now lead the Nonprofit and Ecommerce Product Team for DGH and they will be taking over management of ClearGive. Since they are the original developers of the ClearGive platform this transition in ownership will be seamless for you and without disruption.
- ClearGive will continue to be supported. Support questions can still be directed to support@myclearpayments.com or (888) 699-4139.
- Your merchant account will remain unchanged and you can still process payments just as before
- DGH will be taking over the monthly platform fees starting May 25. Service will be billed on the 25th of each month moving forward. Billing will appear as digipromedia.com on your monthly statement.
- Over the next couple of days, a representative from DGH will be reaching out to you to learn more about your organization, your needs and how they can best impact your mission.
DigiGroup has incredible expertise in working with nonprofit and faith-based organizations. Their management team serves on several nonprofit boards and they have developed their own nonprofit platform called Reason Funding that fully integrates online giving, peer to peer fundraising, web design, donor management, email marketing, digital marketing and much more.
