November features one of the busiest and most important fundraising days of the year with #GivingTuesday on November 30. But Giving Tuesday is not the only day on the calendar that you can use to promote your organization, create social engagement and use it as an opportunity to raise some money. The purpose of the list below is to highlight some of November's days that you may not be aware of, and we have taken the extra step of adding comments to some of the days on how you can use them to your benefit. Celebrate Your Unique Talent Day -highlight the unique talents of your staff or volunteers.
Jukebox Day – post your favorite song to your Facebook page and ask your supporters to add theirs to create a great playlist.

American Thanksgiving – our waist bands will be expanding, and we will be thankful. Schedule a post about what you are thankful for.
International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women

Black Friday – ask people to save their money this Black Friday and donate it to your organization on GivingTuesday.
Random Acts of Kindness Friday – challenge your staff and supporters to commit a random act of kindness and then share the details on your Facebook page.
Buy Nothing Day – but the deals are so hard to resist.

Small Business Saturday – what small businesses support your organization? It is time to give back by tooting their horn. Feature a small business in a blog post and then share it to your social media pages.
